Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Lyremi, a service of GreenSplash SEO ("we"). By using Lyremi, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information, and our pricing page shows current plans and prices.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 to use Lyremi, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. To buy a plan or add balance, you need to be an adult who can make purchases. Keep your sign-in secure: you're responsible for what happens in your account.

Free plans, the beta, and free seats

We may offer Lyremi free, by invitation, or with a limited number of free seats, and we decide who joins and when. Free plans have limits, which we may change. We may end a free offer at any time; people already using Lyremi keep their access unless these terms say otherwise.

Paid plans

• Renewal. A paid plan renews automatically every month, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. We charge the card you gave Stripe, our payment provider, at the start of each month of service.
• Cancelling. Cancel any time in Lyremi under Settings › Plan and billing. You keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for, then move to the free plan. Your files stay.
• No refunds. Plan payments aren't refunded, including for a partly used month, except where the law requires it or we charged you by mistake. If you switch plans partway through a month, Stripe works out the difference and shows it before you confirm; any credit goes toward your next payments, not back to your card.
• Price changes. If a plan's price changes for you, we'll email you between 7 and 30 days before the new price applies, with how to cancel. If you don't cancel, the new price applies from your next renewal after that.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again for a while and we'll ask you to update your card. If it still can't be paid, we may end the plan and move you to the free plan.

Your balance and extras

• What it is. You can add money to your Lyremi balance by card. It pays for extras (such as Pro answers, images, research briefs, and finished drafts) at the prices shown in Lyremi and on the pricing page.
• Prices. Every extra shows its price before it runs, and it's charged when it starts. If it fails, or you stop it before anything comes back, the charge is returned to your balance. We may change extra prices; a higher price shows in Lyremi before anyone pays it, and what you've already been charged doesn't change.
• No expiry, no refunds. Your balance doesn't expire. It isn't refunded, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be moved to another account, except where the law requires otherwise or we charged you by mistake.
• Welcome credit and promotions. Credit we give you for free (such as a welcome amount) has no cash value. We may end unused free credit if we end the offer or close an account for breaking these terms.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars. If you think we charged you wrongly, email us first and we'll put it right.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add to Lyremi and everything you create with it. You give us permission to store, process, and display your content only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to Google's AI models when you ask. Only add content you have the right to use.

AI can make mistakes

Answers, documents, and images produced with AI may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Check important information before relying on it, and review AI-generated content before sharing or publishing it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Lyremi to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to access other people's accounts or data, disrupt the service, or create harmful content. Use of the AI features is also subject to Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy.

The service

We may change, pause, or discontinue features. We'll try to give notice of significant changes. If we stop offering Lyremi altogether, we'll refund the unused part of any plan month you've paid for, and any balance you added and haven't used.

Warranties and liability

Lyremi is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or lost data or profits, from using Lyremi, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Ending use

You can stop using Lyremi at any time, and delete your account in Settings › Your data. Deleting your account ends any paid plan and removes your unused balance. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; if we close yours without cause, we'll refund any balance you added and haven't used.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and for significant changes we'll let you know in Lyremi or by email before they apply. Continuing to use Lyremi after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
