Privacy policy

This policy explains what Lyremi ("we") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Lyremi is operated by GreenSplash SEO. Questions go to green_guru@greensplashseo.com.

What we collect

• Your account basics. Your email address, and a unique account ID. When you sign in with Google, we also receive your name and profile photo.
• Payments. If you buy a plan or add balance, Stripe, our payment provider, collects your card details; we never see or store your full card number. We keep your plan, payment status, billing dates, and a record of what you added and spent.
• How you use Lyremi. When you were last active, and how much you use the AI (counts of requests, words processed, and images), so we can apply plan limits and keep costs in check.
• Content you add. Files you upload, text you paste, web pages you import by link, files you choose from Google Drive, documents you write, projects, and your conversations with the AI, including images it creates.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard service logs (such as request times and error reports), and we use Google's App Check and reCAPTCHA to confirm requests come from the real app.

Google Drive

If you choose "Add from Google Drive," Lyremi asks for Google's drive.file permission. It lets us open only the files you select in Google's file picker. We can't see, list, or change anything else in your Drive. We copy each file you pick into your Lyremi workspace, converting Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides to standard formats, so it can be previewed and discussed. We don't write to or delete anything in your Drive.

How we use your information

• To run Lyremi: storing your content, showing it to you, and keeping it private to your account.
• To answer your requests with AI. When you send a message, we send it, the files attached to that conversation, and the conversation so far to Google's Gemini models through Google Cloud (Vertex AI). If a question calls for it, the model may search the web with Google Search. When you use Research Agent, or turn on the web for Composer Agent, Lyremi's server also visits the web pages found and saves their text in your project.
• To bill you for a plan or extras you choose, and to apply your plan's limits.
• To email you about your account: sign-in links, approvals, and receipts and notices about payments.
• To keep the service secure and working, and to respond when you contact us.

We don't sell your information, use it for advertising, or use your content to train AI models. Google processes AI requests as our service provider under its Google Cloud terms.

Google API Services

Lyremi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Where your data is stored

Your content is stored with Google Cloud (Firebase) in the United States. Security rules limit each account to its own data. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we use the protections Google Cloud provides.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run Lyremi (Google, for hosting, storage, sign-in, and AI; Stripe, for payments; and Resend, for sending email), when the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our users or the service.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your content while your account exists. You can delete any item in the app, which removes it and its stored file. To delete your account and everything in it, use Settings › Your data in Lyremi, or email green_guru@greensplashseo.com from the address you sign in with, and we'll remove it within 30 days. Records of payments are kept as long as the law requires. You can also remove Lyremi's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Children

Lyremi isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. For significant changes, we'll let you know in the app.
